Flywheel and Crankshaft Assembly - If Removed

1. Slide the Crankshaft back into the Cylinder Block, by carefully inserting the longer end with the threaded portion through the hole in the block.

   

   2. Place the small metal key into the key-way on the end of the Crankshaft. Slowly slide the Flywheel onto the end of the crankshaft, ensuring that key remains in position. The rubber mallet may be needed to tap the assembly together.

   

   3. Replace the Flywheel by threading it onto the Crankshaft by hand in a clock-wise direction. Hand tighten the piece firmly into place, DO NOT use any tools to tighten. The clip is still and you may need help with this operation.
