Fuel System Assembly

1. The fuel system including the Gas Tank, Air Filter, Governor, Throttle Control, and Governor Blade can now be reattached to the Cylinder Block. Place the assembly into position as shown.
2. Replace and tighten the 3/8" mounting bolt for the fuel system located at the base of the engine, using the 3/8" socket and ratchet.

   

   

3. Reattach the two Intake Manifold bolts using the 3/8" open-end wrench. The holes are located next to the Exhaust Port where the muffler was attached.

4. Once the Fuel Assembly has been securely mounted in the correct position, reattach the Governor Blade as shown below. Carefully bend the retainer clips upwards using the needle nose pliers, this will secure it in place.

5. Replace the muffler onto the exhaust port on the Cylinder Head using the two 3/8" muffler bolts. Use the 3/8" open end wrench to fasten the bolts securely. DO NOT over-tighten these bolts.

   

   

6. Reconnect the Kill Switch Wire to the Magneto using the needle-nose pliers if necessary.
