Torque Wrench

The torque wrench also works with sockets much like a ratchet except that it does not ‘crank’ back. The torque wrench also has a much longer arm as well as an attached measuring gauge. The gauge is used to accurately measure the torque that is being applied to the bolt or nut. This tool is used when the correct torque is critical, such as when tightening the bolts on a cylinder head.
