RECOMMENDATIONS

Figure 1. Generalized location of yarding areas

Landing 2 in Stand 1 (northeast corner of upper light blue polygon)

For landing 2, we recommend using a live skyline with a 70 foot tower and a 1.125 inch skyline, a Tbird/S35DL carriage, and a 30-foot tailspar with an 18 inch DBH tree with two guylines per tree.

Landing 3 in Stand 3 (northwest corner of dark blue polygon)

For landing 3, we recommend using a live skyline with a 70 foot tower and a 1.125 inch skyline, a Tbird/S35DL carriage, and a 30-foot tailspar with an 18 inch DBH tree with two guylines per tree.

Landing 5 in Stand 1 (northeast corner of lower light blue polygon)

For landing 5, we recommend using a live skyline with a 70 foot tower and a 1.125 inch skyline, a Tbird/S35DL carriage, and a 30-foot tailspar with an 18 inch DBH tree with two guylines per tree.
