Findings:
1. Evidence of acute denervation in right long head of biceps femoris, tibialis anterior and tensor fascia latae. Normal needle EMG in right vastus medialis, peroneus longus and mid lumbar paraspinals.
2. Normal nerve conduction studies including bilateral tibial H-waves (not shown).
