Exam #2 PHYS121
Midterm Exam#2 will be held on Friday, Feb.15 during the lecture hour of
your PHYS121 course. Exams will begin and end promptly. You should bring a
calculator, pencils, and photo ID. The exam is closed book, but you may
bring one 8.5inch x 11inch sheet of paper with any desired
notes/formulas/diagrams/whatever on both sides. The exam will cover only
material from the first five weeks of the course, with an emphasis on
material covered in weeks three to five. New topics introduced in the
sixth week of lecture, tutorial, or lab will not appear on midterm exam#2.

3, and parts of 4 are exam-like. Due to the recent
change in textbook and course schedule, problems on gravitation may now
appear on Exam#2. This is not (yet) reflected in the practice
