People have many different kinds of feelings about themselves.  Below are some sentences which describe certain feelings that people have.  Read each sentence carefully and think about yourself.  Each feeling will either be (1) NOT like you, (2) A LITTLE like you, (3) FAIRLY MUCH like you, or (4) VERY MUCH like you.  Circle the number that shows how you feel.  There are no right or wrong answers.  Be as accurate and honest as you can about your feelings.
