ME 354 - Mechanics of Materials Laboratory

This course provides "hands-on" applications of fundamental concepts learned in CEE 220 "Mechanics of Materials," covers additional topics in mechanics of materials, and introduces such materials/structures-related topics as fracture, creep, and cyclic fatigue. Basic experimental mechanics and engineering report writing are also emphasized. In addition, this course is a prerequisite for ME 355 "Introduction to Manufacturing Processes" and ME 440 "Advanced Mechanics of Materials/Solids."

NOTE: Minor changes have been made to ME 354 for Autumn Quarter 2002.
