Why did you choose to live in a
condo?
"I like living in these condos
because I am young and their are a lot of other young people in this area."
Where did you live before you
moved here?
"I lived in an apartment near Fremont
with two other roommates."
Did you look at buying any houses
or just condos?
"I looked at houses, but they were
all to big for me. I live by myself and I like to live around other people
so I have a chance to meet knew people. Belltown is a cool place to live
and I am very close to all of the best clubs in Seattle."

Why did you choose to live in a
condo?
"We couldn't afford any houses in the
area. Although this condo is expensive it was cheaper then getting a house
or renting a apartment would be a waste of money"
Where did you live before you
moved here?
"We moved from Spokane because of
Dan's work.
Did you own a home in Spokane?
"Yes, we owned a nice but older 2
bedroom house on the South Hill"
Do you plan to stay in a Condo?
"No, once Ryan (son) gets older, and
we have another child, we like to move into a house"

Why did you choose to live in a condo?
"We are currently in a process of moving to a condo. Both of our children
has moved out of the house and we don't need all this space"
Are you going to sell the house to buy a condo?
"No, we inherited the condo about 10 years ago from our parents and we have been
leasing it until now. We are planning on selling the house and moving into
the condo"
Greg & Linda (65 and 60

Greg and Linda are both retired.
How long have you lived here?
"We have lived in this condo since 1994. We bought this condo when our
children graduated from High School. One went into the military and
another went off to college."
Why did you choose to live in a condo?
"We decided to sell the house because the house value was increasing and we were
done paying off the mortgage. We felt that it was a perfect time to sell
the house."
Do you like the location of the condo?
"When we first moved in, I worked about 5 minutes away from here. We live
on top of Bartell Drugs so it is really convenient."
