I really wish that Chanel and I had more time to do this video, but overall, I was happy with the final product. I can picture it as part of a fun children’s series or something. Things I would improve on apart from the storyline is video quality. The outdoor scenes had a lot of light and were in good focus, but some indoor scenes could be blurry. I liked how there ended up being a contrast in colours for inside (warm) vs. outside (cool). It was really difficult to give direction to a toddler and a dog, but they did really great. Overall, this class has given me a little experience and knowledge of production so I can apply lighting, sound, and framing concepts to future videos.
