Online Abstract and Presentation Upload

If you have not yet registered for the conference, please do so before uploading your abstract or presentation. Registration information can be found by following the registration link above.

Guidelines for Abstracts:

  • Make sure that your abstract contains the following:
    1. Title
    2. Names and institutional affiliations for all authors
    3. Name of the individual submitting the abstract
    4. Contact information for the individual submitting the abstract (preferably e-mail)
  • Make sure that your abstract is no longer than 250 words.
  • If you wish to include acknowledgements, please limit them to a maximum of 250 words.
  • Make sure that your file is in one of the following accepted formats:
    • PDF, DOC, or DOCX (preferably DOC)
  • Give your file the following name:
    • Lastname_Firstname.doc - named after the individual submitting the abstract

Guidelines for Presentations:

  • Make sure that your presentation contains the following:
    1. Title
    2. Names and institutional affiliations for all authors
  • Make sure that your file is in one of the following accepted formats:
    • PPT, PPTX (preferably PPT)
  • Give your file the following name:
    • Lastname_Firstname.ppt - named after the individual submitting the abstract
  • If your presentation contains lots of images, movies, or other multimedia, please contact the conference coordinator to ensure that everything works.

If your file is over 10MB, please contact the conference coordinator.
