SPRING 2001

A commemorative monument to Thomas Jefferson, architect of the Lewis & Clark Expedition, is being planned for Fort Canby State Park in conjunction with the Lewis & Clark Bicentennial. Thirteen University of Washington Public Art students unveiled eight design proposals to a panel of five judges who selected one for possible construction.
