I really like the plot and the camera angle!! I think the use of the space and framing was great and also did very well capturing the audio when filming outside. Great work!
Filming this video was a lot of fun especially having someone to film with. Being that it was cloudy outside it really helped with the lighting, but made it difficult to re shoot because we picked the only cloudy day in the week. What I have found with using the shot gun mix is that it picks up a static sound that is in most of the shots. All the time and effort that Cheryl and I put into preproduction really payed off when filming. It made the day of shooting the video go really smooth. I really like the way it turned out. Post production took a little longer than anticipated. I tried playing with manipulating the audio, but in the end ended up just using the original audio.
Even though the dialog was a little robotic I thought it was really funny and kind of made the storyline even better. The transitions are really good from scene to scene. I really loved the recap at the end it made it truly look like a superhero story.
Good work of the hero-like voice over/narration, it feels like a hero type movie there. If the zip up scene can be sync will be better, such as scale and pacing. Love the music when suspect coming out.
Great edits, shots, and ACTING! Some of the cuts were a little rough, but they didn’t effect the overall flow of the film. I really enjoyed the story and dialogue! Awesome job!
I thought the voice over really added to this piece! I thought you had a great plot and your final video was very clean. In post you really added a great range of shots. I think the parts that were slightly rough, you made up with charm. Overall, I thought it was a great video!
Fun story with a good theme to it. I thought the transitions flowed well and the lighting was consistent for the most part. The voice-over was a thoughtful addition and you clearly have a structured storyline. Great job. I enjoyed the humor of it as well.
