DIRECTIONS TO SCHRIEBER'S MEADOW TRAIL HEAD

Click on the Google Directions button on the right to go to a marked satellite image at GoogleMap.

From Seattle:

 Take I5 north through Mt. Vernon, to Burlington

Take Hwy 20 East, (North Cascades Highway)

Go 22 miles east (approx), to Birdsview Siding

Turn left (north) onto Baker Lake Rd.

Go past Grundy Lake

Continue north to T-intersection after 11 miles (approx) from SR 20

Turn left (west) onto Forest Road 12 (gravel road)

After 3 miles (approx) road splits,  go right (north) and up 3 long switchbacks

(not left and across Sulfur Creek).

Continue 5 miles (approx) to Schreibers Meadow parking area

You need a Forest Service "Northwest Forest Pass" day pass ($5.00 at REI, and other vendors) to leave a vehicle in the parking area. Punch the current day on the pass, and leave it visible on your dash

Trail starts near the restrooms at north end of parking area.
