I think this final cut is decent. We had to go back and re-shoot a couple scenes because they were too dark. I was planning on doing voiceover, but it did not sound good — so I wish we went back to re-shoot the scenes with actual audio. I do like the music and audio that I used.
I think the story is interesting and some of the scenery shots were pretty nice. I feel like some of the video is choppy, but I fixed it to the best of my ability. Overall, I can say that I had fun and I did learn a lot throughout this class (I am terrible at acting) and during the making of this video.
Fantastic work Kellie and Kaitlyn! You both definitely progressed from your rough cut. The final cut turned out great! Great shots and good audio throughout. I enjoyed the sound effects and music too. The radio sound effect in particular at the end was perfect. My only critique would be to fix some of the audio levels, but it really wasn’t much of a problem. Overall, it turned out great and amazing work by both of you.
I really enjoyed the storyline for your guys video. You guys did a really good job shooting a range of shots especially when transitioning from scene to scene. You guys also did very well re-shooting the ending!
