This work has showcased my transformation in the course of one class. Honestly before coming into this class I had no experience whatsoever making film other than acting. I knew almost nothing about videos and I didn’t even know what the rule of thirds was. When I made my first video in class I actually used my Iphone 6+ and used my hand to get the shots. This was a nightmare and the professor taught me how to step it up in terms of quality and professionalism. By the end, I was able to edit footage and make cuts and really try and make a narrative through visual language. I have come so far since the beginning and I learned so many different rules and techniques. Although this class was just the beginning, it provided the solid foundation necessary to get my foot in the door of exploring this world of media production. By being a producer as opposed to a standard consumer, I now see media in a whole new light and have a newfound appreciation for the hard work it takes to present this visual language to the masses.
The lighting is much better than in your rough cut. The scenes made really cool in that you would understand the full story when you watch both of them. The acting was pretty funny, and I see that some time has been spent on the making of this film.
This is a well constructed final cut and quite a transformation from the raw footage the class saw last week. The lighting was the most obvious improvement. The scenes were lit just well enough for the audience to tell what was going on and still look like the room was too dark for the characters to see in. Overall, the film was pleasantly interesting and suspenseful.
The film is really funny! I enjoyed the acting skills and understood the narrative. You guys did a really good job with the lighting from the original rough cut. It wasn’t too dark or too bright. The audio was good too, we were able to pick up all the sounds and the reactions.

The final cut is much more better than rough cut. Funny story and great acting!
