Conclusion

The history of block 13 is truly amazing, although, it is not like the other blocks that contains several store buildings or businesses. it still does contain histories that most people would not be fond of due to lack of information provided for this block. The historical usage of block 13 would be the construction because it is the first time after possibly of twenty-hundred years that a new building is in the area. The new apartment building will be the first to be the most tallest, advanced, and modern building that is ever recorded for the block. It is very important to recorgnize this information because it shows that the U District is changing and the structure of how to design an building is different is today compared to how it was back in the 1930s. The block will always remain an home to families and college students living on a budget. The only issue that people may face in the future is if more construction occurs causing issue because of the noises, the higher rent payment if new buildings are built, and more environment changes due to global warming.
