Introduction

   Seattle city developed from a small port to a large international city. Away from downtown, there are many suburbans. University district is one of the suburban. And as the University district developing, the campuns area extention to the Western area of the originioal campus. The west side of the Western university district is around the I-5 freeway, and the development of the block Between Pasadena Pl. and 7th Ave. NE, and NE 40th St. and NE Northlake Pl is my reaserch purpose.
