Saving a document in Adobe Acrobat PDF Format
Using Acrobat Distiller is the most robust method, however, printing directly to PDF from MS Word (see instructions below) often works fine and is the easiest method. Always check the output to make sure the content converts over properly.

The easiest may be to download freeware that allows you to create .pdf files from MSWord on you r computer. In most cases you probably do not have some of the add-ons, described below

Office 2007/2010 Users: Save As your current word file and choose "Save As Type" into PDF.
